Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1-2 years

Job Description:
We need an HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of hiring experience. Your main job is to find top-notch candidates, especially for big hiring projects. Good communication skills are a must, and you'll work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Find candidates on job sites, social media, and referrals.
Check resumes and do first interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to know their needs.
Manage the hiring process from posting jobs to making offers.
Keep a list of potential hires for future needs.
Ensure candidates have a positive experience.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Need Bulk hiring experiecnce.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Familiarity with hiring software.
