Designing and implementating recruitment systems for the organization.
Developing Own network of suitable candidate.
Handling of administration and record-keeping.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plan efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing Candidates.
Preparing job offers.
Networking with various institutions and social media.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Coordinate with the management to find out the details of staffing requirements.
Coordinate with cross functional team for training of product.
Coordinate with team to resolve issues
HR Recruiter Requirements:
Bachelor's in Human Resources or any degree but should have experience.
Do have knowledge HR policies and PF .
A minimum 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in word (Excel, MS word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping
