Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across departments, with emphasis on IT and technical profiles
• Source talent through diverse channels—job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, employee referrals, and external consultants
• Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling with hiring managers
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and reports
• Draft and publish job descriptions across recruitment platforms
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and issue offer letters
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates
• Partner with department heads for workforce planning and future hiring forecasts
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns
Key Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in the IT or tech sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Skilled in keyboard shortcuts, commands, and tools for optimized workflow
• Familiar with ATS platforms, Boolean search, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow
• Excellent verbal and written communication for conducting professional telephonic interviews
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple openings simultaneously
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including India and US time zones
Preferred Skills
• Certification in recruitment tools or HR tech platforms
• Experience in technical recruitment for India/US clients
• Prior work in an IT staffing firm or tech company
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and hiring compliance standards

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
