Job Role:
Experience in Process Setup, interviews, and employee handling
Shortlisting Candidates as per company requirements.
Coordination with Company Management.
Handling Recruitment-Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing
Candidate Offer Releasing
Completing the Onboarding process.
Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
Persuasive, energetic, disciplined independent thinker
Coordination with Inhouse team
Data Management
Organized Follow-ups
Good knowledge of Recruitment.
Hands-on Portals ( Naukri, Shine, Workindia, LinkedIn/ Head Hunting).
Develop and Implement HR strategies.
Managing Grievances
Payroll Management & Attendance Management.
Employee Engagement Activities.
Looking after the overall branch operation.
Candidate's Profile:
Experience in Recruitment (Must)
Very Good English Communication
Positive Attitude
Self-Motivated
Multitasker
Good in coordination
Must have laptop / desktop with good internet connection
Minimum 6 hours working is requires.
