Job Description
Responsibilities includes:
Maintain and manage the client relationship in collaboration with our internal support teams
Raising invoices in tally and sending to customer by email
Prepare and manage India compliances – GST, TDS, Income-tax, PF, PT. Including filing of tax returns.
Build and grow client relationships by sharing knowledge and demonstrating how to use our product
Transfer Salaries and Take care of all bank related and compliance work
Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle/Recruitment Process.
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Data Maintenance and HR record keeping
Issuing various letters (offer letters, promotions letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and many more)
Have good knowledge in accounts department
Managing employees queries regarding PF, ESIC tax and policies
Organize employee engagement activities to employees
Perform administrative and office support
Design and update job descriptions
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Experience in Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Networking, Headhunting & Social Networking Sites.
