Roles & Responsibilities
• Supporting staff recruitment processes, including handling of the application and shortlisting process, liaising with candidates and scheduling of interviews, preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at offer stage.
• Developing competencies that enhance individual and organizational performance.
• Increasing innovation, creativity, and flexibility to boost competitiveness.
• Applying new approaches to work process design, succession planning, career development, and inter-organizational mobility.
• Managing and integration of technology through improved staffing, training, and communication with employees.
• Navigating complex and evolving labour laws to avoid legal issues, and regularly conducting compliance audits to maintain best practices and adherence to regulations.
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
• Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling of inductions.
• Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
• Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures.
• Producing informative reports using the HR platform.
• Supporting role in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
• Develop training and onboarding material.
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits.
• Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
• Support various teams within the organization as needed.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
Qualifications Requirements
• MBA-HR, BBA, B.COM, MSW
Competency Skillset Required
• Government Liaoning (IR)- Mandatory
• Experience in Plant HR/Agri Processing - Mandatory
• Vendor management - Mandatory
• Contractual manpower off role handling - Mandatory
• Greenfield projects - Mandatory
• Knowledge of EHS - Mandatory
Preferred Skills
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation
• Having experience in Turnkey projects
• People management
• Grievances handling
