We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Human Resource Executives who bring structure, integrity, and creativity to their HR practices. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment, employee relations, and shaping company culture.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
· Promote strong employer-employee relations and engagement.
· Champion and uphold company values and workplace culture.
· Manage employee benefits and statutory compliance.
· Handle employee grievances, discipline, and conflict resolution.
· Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and growth-focused environment.
Must-Have Traits
· Empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
· Quick decision-making skills and proactive problem-solving.
· High ethical standards and a sense of ownership.
· Strong leadership presence and formal authority.

Education & Experience
Any graduate degree with 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
