Hiring: HR Executive – Bulk Hiring (BPO Background Preferred)

The ideal candidate should come with experience in bulk hiring, preferably from the BPO or shared services industry, and have a stable track record in previous roles. Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shore-based and support roles
• Handle bulk hiring requirements through various sourcing channels (portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and assist with MIS reports
• Support onboarding and basic HR operations
• Assist in employee engagement activities when required
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, specifically in volume hiring
• Background in BPO / KPO / shared services preferred
• Good communication skills, confident and well-presented
• Stable employment history
• Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
