The Talent Execution Executive is responsible for executing talent acquisition and management strategies, ensuring the right talent is sourced, engaged, and retained within the organization. This role involves collaborating with HR, management, and team leaders to align recruitment and talent execution efforts with the company's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions.
· Use multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to source and attract candidates for various roles.
· Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
· Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and assimilation into the organization.
· Collaborate with HR to implement strategies for improving employee retention, addressing turnover issues, and boosting employee morale.
· Contribute to employer branding efforts, helping to build a positive image of the company to attract top talent.
· Good knowledge of job portals link-Naukri, Linkedin,Indeed etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Recruitment Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR-related role.
· Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, employees, and management.
· Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR management software, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job portals).
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills to engage, attract, and retain talent.
· Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
· Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities.
· Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams to drive HR and talent execution strategies.
