Job Description
Recruitment Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for the Corporate business across Pan India. Ensure the entire recruitment life cycle is managed effectively using a mix of hiring sources, including vendors and internal referrals.
Sourcing Strategy: Identify potential candidates from various sources such as job portals (e.g., Naukri), employee referrals, staffing agencies, and college campus recruitments. Employ a proactive approach to attract top talent.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships vendors individually, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication for candidate sourcing and selection.
Initial Interviews and Shortlisting: Conduct first-round interviews and screen candidates to shortlist the most qualified individuals.
Interview Coordination: Organize further rounds of interviews for selected candidates, coordinating with the concerned panel or vertical heads.
Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts, ensuring candidates' expectations are met and the recruitment process is successfully concluded.
Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules with vendors and hiring managers across different locations.
