Operating in 22 Indian states, Agastya runs hands-on science and art education programs in both rural and urban areas. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Fellow, located in Bengaluru. As an HR Fellow, you will be responsible for managing human resources activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The HR Fellow will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workforce.
Qualifications
• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
