Job Title : Human Resource OperationsJob Location : Vadodara / Baroda Job Timings : 6:30 PM-4:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT) – Monday to Friday "FRESHERS OR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE CAN APPLY "We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic International HR Executive with knowledge of International IT Industry and Education System, to support our client needs. If you are a success driven individual, an aggressive go-getter with positive attitude, good communication and excellent rapport building skills, then we would like to consider you.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for audit on-boarding process of the consultants. Review the background check reports (criminal, employment, education, reference, credit, etc). Ensure that it is clear before the consultant’s starts at client project.Ensure that consultants are clear to start as per client, federal, state government compliances. Also ensure service level agreement and master agreement should not breach in any circumstances which may turn to huge penalty to the company.Coordinate with HR Operations and delivery team to complete the on-boarding process for smooth and timely delivery of the consultants.Coordinate with HR Operations, Legal & Contracts and Accounting team to ensure adherence of client SLA’s.Contribute To Internal and External client audits.Ensure adherence of all client related compliances (Contractual, SOW and Change requests).On-boarding Documents: I+ & E-Verification, Offer letter, Application form and other on-boarding documents as per client and company requirement.Background check Verification: Ensure all hires assigned to team should fulfil BGC compliances before they start on the project. (BGC includes but not limited to criminal checks, education & employment verification, references verification, etc). If any deviations, brought to internal teams so that problems can be fixed within minimum time. Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Excellent inter-personal skills.Understanding of IT Staffing industry is good to have.Education: UG: B.B.A / B.M.S - ManagementPG: M.Com - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
