Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Accountable and responsible to resolve tickets created by users on issues they are facing in the
Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS & Taleo) for Schneider Electric (L3 level HR Functional
Support) within the agreed SLA.
The resource will act as the Primary Resolution Base for Unresolved Queries by L2 regional team
from the functional perspective.
Create/maintain User guides based on Enhancements/changes delivered periodically.
Conduct training to internal stake holders regionally as per need.
Connect and work closely with the internal & external stake holders such as HR users- HR; IT BPO
L2 Regional experts & Regional Leaders, Technical team, Vendor (Oracle, iCIMS etc.)
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience working on any HR Systems or Applicant Tracking System like Taleo,
iCIMS, Go-Hire, iSmartRecruit, Lever, Darwinbox, Oracle Recruiting, JazzHR, KekaHR, JobVite,
Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse ATS, Sage HR, Freshteam or others.
Should have Excellent communications with ability to communicate effectively with stake holders around the world.
Prior experience of handling a global role in a large MNC environment.
Should have good MS Office skills (PPT, Projects, Excel)
Total Experience- 1 to 3 years with at least 1 year of experience in any HR System. Preferably,
Applicant Tracking System.
