Job Description
Objective
Work in partnership with the HRBPs of their organisation and with the business interfaces.
Ensure the appropriate and effective use of HR processes, both global and local, as well as ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
HR Administration
Support transversal initiatives in coordination with the Center Of Expertise (CoEs) and HR Operations including but not limited to time management, International Mobility, Compensation and Benefit, Talent management. This includes partnering throughout processes of: immigration, relocation, compensation policy related items, correct and successful transactions.
Act as the first point of contact for HR related inquiries from the employees, escalate to HRBP if needed
Ensure internal HRIS is up to date with personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
KPIs and HR metrics design including data quality & accuracy monitoring
Development
Support Managers in applying good HR Management, policies, processes and programs and conduct trainings/awareness sessions as required HR Generalist will support the HR Business Partners in the activities to strengthen leadership capabilities.
They will support the implementation of Leadership development programs, onboarding, critical transitions support, leadership nominations and leaders behaviours together with values and ethics.
Assists with the administration and monitoring of performance review cycle (PMC) to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
