Job Summary:
Responsibilities
Employee management: Onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and handling grievances
Compensation and benefits: Administering compensation and benefits plans, and assisting with payroll processing
Talent management: Developing and maintaining talent management processes
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations
Training and development: Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness
Conflict management: Mediating disagreements and facilitating resolutions that support a healthy work environment
Skills and knowledge
Interpersonal communication: Being able to handle employee grievances, conflicts, and other issues that arise in the workplace
Confidentiality: Being able to keep sensitive information private
HR information systems: Being proficient in using the HR Information System (HRIS) to automate tasks, generate reports, and streamline administrative HR processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
