Job Description
Administer employee programs such as health & safety, benefits, training, and engagement initiatives
Support employee relations by managing investigations, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline processes
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations (ESA, OHSA, etc.)
Coordinate performance management processes, including reviews and development plans
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, and documentation.
Foster a positive workplace culture through communication, feedback, and support
Participate in policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
