Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing general HR management tasks. The Executive will ensure smooth HR operations and act as a liaison between employees and management.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and managing HR-related issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter/Generalist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and providing comprehensive HR support to ensure the smooth operation of the school's HR functions. This role involves talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR administration, and supporting various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and HR practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Onboarding and Orientation:
• Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the school community and are aware of school policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding materials and documentation.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll information.
• Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and inquiries.
• Employee Relations:
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Foster a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies.
• Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation as required.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary HR information.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
