Recruitment/ Induction/ Exit Formalities
Lead the recruitment and induction process
Should have managed mid to high level CTC positions in real estate
Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
Supervising complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. (technical, sales, marketing)
Short listing resumes for the open positions and verifying documents, employment screening/ background verification of newly joined employees.
Conducting exit interviews and overseeing separation actions like full final settlements
Payroll
Handling payroll, ensuring that salaries are processed in a smooth manner every month
Coordinate with the accounts team in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
Create and maintain master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and company needs.
Monitor the companys HRMS system as well as database
Performance Management
Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
Ensuring that goal setting, mid-year, and year-end discussions are happening in a timely manner
Facilitate Job Analysis And Update Job Descriptions.
Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations
Handling the HRMS platform and ensuring that all the employees are integrated on it.
