Job Description
This role will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including talent acquisition and management, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, and acting as a bridge between the management and the employees. The role requires taking complete ownership of the function and this position will work in close alignment with all the functions.
You will report to HR Lead and partner with the leadership team members across the business. You will have direct exposure to the management and the opportunity to have significant growth by growing the HR team’s role.

Qualification: MBA preferably
Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the HR domain.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
• Develop interesting HR programs and keep employees engaged.
• Maintain a database of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
