Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR generalist to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives. Duties for the HR generalist will include providing a superlative employee experience from hire till exit, supporting the performance management initiatives of the organization, designing succession plans, updating policies and practices, resolving personnel grievances, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing health & wellness initiatives.
We're looking for someone who can:
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
• Provide timely information and support to all levels of the company on HR issues.
• Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development
• Develop & promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Proactively develop HR information reports for informed decision making
• Ensure compliance to all relevant labor laws
What makes you the right fit for this position?
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, Human Resources or a related field
• 8+ years experience as an HR generalist with knowledge of various HR functions
• Expertise in using MS Office (or similar) tools, especially Word, Excel, & PPT
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Proven ability to leverage interpersonal skills to develop strong working partnerships with all stakeholders
