Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION – HR Generalist.
Job Summary:
· Job Title: HR Generalist
· Location: Pune and Navi Mumbai (Currently remote due to COVID-1+).
· Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
· Experience: 4+ years (relevant).
HR & Employee Engagement:
• Manage employee-related HR issues
• Conduct team building and employee motivation exercises and assist SBU Head
• Create and manage various training programs for the interns and employees
• Conduct skills enhancement exercises for team members
• Conduct Quarterly Performance Management along with the SBU Head
• Employee lifecycle management - Induction to Exit Interviews and grievance handling
• Promote awareness about company policies, new inclusions, trainings, COE, R&D Centre,
• Sponsorships and support offered by company to all new joiners and job applicants
Recruitment & On Boarding:
• Drive and manage the overall recruitment process/cycle at all levels (Interns, engineers, support staff, technical staff)
• Streamline recruitment practices and maintain manpower pipeline for immediate deployment to the project.
• Interact and assist SBU head in identifying and closing various active positions in the US/ India
• Negotiation- Salary, notice period and any important discussions with job applicants.
• Documentation & reference checks prior to on boarding.
• Staff on-boarding, resource allocation and handle all Visa related concerns/ issues,
• IT Resource Management - Assigning, Installations, shipping, co-ordinations, undertaking
documentation.
• Documentation - Responsible to collect, name and store joining documents of new employees in
the SharePoint.
Business Coordination:
• Trainings and Certifications: Identify training needs for each SBU and create or procure a professional development curriculum and monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
• Rewards and Recognition: Implement the rewards programs including performance .Evaluations, ensuring feedback are provided, employees are rewarded and recognized.
• Social media: Assist in the social media and newsletters for the SBU.
• Stake holder interaction: if need be, communicate with the clients & account managers for ongoing.
• Project updates (mostly on administrative and engagement front).
• Company events: Assist in organizing the Company / SBU events.
