Job Description: HR Generalist
Location: Dist. Pune (Paud 30km from City)
Type: Full time
Experience: 8- 10 yrs and above
Education: MBA-HR
Salary: 4L to 6 LPA
Preferring Male candidate
Main Objective of the Job:
This job requires assistance in Human resource department in various important functions like Industrial relation, statutory compliance hands on experience on payroll process to manage the company’s payroll.
The job will involve cross functioning with all departments for effective operation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible to ensure implementation of all HR system and policies in company.
2. To ensure compliance withal Labour laws and statutory guidelines.
3. To prepare budgets for production salaries and wages as well as analyse trends in various components of wages.
4. Continuous improve in industrial relation and legal processes to make them suitable with the business requirements.
5. Developing, analysing and updating the company’s salary budget.
6. Recommending new policies, approach and procedures.
7. Responsible for payroll management, payroll system updation PF, PT, TDS work.
8. To manage compensation and benefits and HR analytics.
+. Responsible for preparation of MIS report.
10. Handling annual manpower budget.
Qualifications:
Experience in handling Payroll .
Skilled at MS Office (Word, Excel and Power-point)
Written and Oral Fluency in English and Hindi.
Work experience of 8- 10 years and above preferred .
Hands-on experience on payroll.
Strong communication skills, pleasing personality.
