Key Role and Responsibilities
Execution of all centrally designed HR initiatives to concerned branch office.
Act as Point of Contact between the HR desk and respective branch office.
Active involvement & execution of all HR Generalist duties in branch office.
Employee engagement, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance evaluations.
He/she will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle & timely closure of vacant positions in a cost-effective way.
He/she will be responsible for campus placement.
Coordinate with all respective head pan India to understand & design JD.
Sourcing through various job portals Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
Screening Conducting initial telephonic interviews with candidates & getting basic details from candidates. Maintain Consolidated recruitment tracker in excel.
Analyze the CTC structure (Variable pay; fixed pay) before panel Interview.
Coordinating documents for verification purposes.
After shortlisting, timely closure of offer. Knowledge of the recruitment matrix & compensation benchmarking will be an additional advantage.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork. Assist with exit processes, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating clearance procedures.
Compile data and assist in the preparation of HR reports, including headcount reports, analyze data for trends and insights to support HR decision-making.
Assist in disseminating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees. Address employee queries related to HR policies and provide clarifications as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding HR matters, such as leave management, benefits, and policies. Provide accurate and timely information or direct them to the appropriate HR personnel.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or HR training is a plus.
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
