The founders have 20+ years of experience building large-scale B2B/B2C/D2C E-commerce platforms from scratch. Please find below their profile:

Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process, including screening, scheduling interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Perform HR operations tasks, such as employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and managing the HRIS
• Collect and analyze HR data to create HR dashboards and reports for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies are being followed
• Proactively identify HR process improvement opportunities and help implement automation and technology solutions
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Driving Employee Engagement and well versed with Ms office,
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR operations and talent acquisition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and HR information system (HRIS)
• Understanding of HR data and analytics, and ability to create HR dashboards
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
• Modern perspective and forward-thinking approach to HR
• Past E-commerce / D2C Experience is a plus point
