We are Hiring HR Generalist for a Well Known FMCG Company based at Shantipura Circle, S.P Ring Road, Ahmedabad. Roles & Responsibility: • Experience of handling employee strength of 50 or above • Attendance & Payroll Management • Recruitment of Staff as per company requirement. • To coordinate with HR consultant. • To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates. • To update & maintain all HR related records. • Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures & Performance Management System. • Employee Engagement Activities • Establish system for Training & Development of Staff Members. • Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance. • Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, Procedures, and policies. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Exceptional problem-solving skills. • Ability to work individually. • Outstanding leadership skills. • Good presentation and consulting abilities.
