About the Role:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll play a key role in aligning the state-based teams with the company’s performance and culture goals. This hands-on position involves providing day-to-day HR support and advice across various functions including:
Talent attraction and recruitment
Training and development
Employee engagement and performance management
Compensation and benefits administration
HSE operational support
Payroll support
Disciplinary support
General HR administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive and supportive HR professional who brings:
HR advisory and generalist experience in a small to medium-sized commercial or industrial business, ideally with a workforce that includes qualified tradespeople
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to connect at all levels of the organisation
A positive, flexible attitude with a 'can-do' approach
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience in coordinating and administering HSE operational activities
The ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and demonstrate maturity, judgment, and professional insight
