Recruitment Experience • Minimum of 2-4 years of recruitment experience. • Prior experience in sales recruitment, particularly in the edtech industry, is preferred. Administrative Tasks • Posting, updating, and removing job ads from various job portals. • Preparing HR-related reports using Google Sheets. This role primarily focuses on talent acquisition, with 70% of your responsibilities dedicated to recruitment. Additionally, you will be responsible for 30% of HR operations, including attendance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and onboarding.
