Hiring for IMMEDIATELY JOINING HR GENERALIST ROLE BHR/ER/HRBP Role Responsibilities Plan organise and conduct induction presentation for new joynals Taking the signature on induction policies agreement copy and the transport policy Meet them at least once everyday to check the comfortability problems related issues Having one on one session at the end of vbt product training Handling employee grievance visiting all the floors on the regular basis Interacting with the manager and team leads to check on probable attrition coming up taking those agents Taking care of canteen issues Handling transport grievance Conducting exist interviews Celebration of all festival Sending birthday and anniversary wishes to all employees Maintenance of HRMS Attendance and attrition reports Employee retention mapping Performance appraisal consolidation Medical insurance Bridge between management and employee communication Employee safety welfare Wellness and health Employee services counselling Salry :- Upto 4LPA Education:- Any DEGREE & MBA Experience :- 1 + Year's As HR Paper must - BPO Location:-
