Curve Tomorrow (Curve) is an award-winning software company that focuses on digital health software. Curve works together with healthcare organizations, researchers and doctors to develop digital healthcare products. The company has ~ 50 employees and has offices in Australia, India, Pakistan and the Netherlands. We are also a certified B Corp!
A number of Curve products that are currently in the market:
• Booking system by which deaf and hard of hearing people can book a translator for their appointments. Currently used nationwide in Australia, 25,000 bookings per year.
• A smartphone application called [Headcheck](https://play.near.com/store/apps/details?id=au.edu.mcri.headcheck&hl=en) by which parents can accompany their child at home after they have had a concussion. Deployed nationwide in amateur sports leagues.
• A spin-off product called [WeGuide](https://www.weguide.com.au/). WeGuide is an application that allows healthcare professionals and researchers to better guide patients during their treatment. Patients receive support during their care process through various interactions (education, questionnaires, reminders).
The Role

Working closely with the HR Manager and Head of Operations, you will help us during this growth period to support the important HR function which helps grow and support our global team.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
• Organizing and coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Generate offer letters; contract letters for the selected candidates and issue them.
• Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist
• Maintain the personal files of all the employees and update them regularly.
Onboarding and Induction:
• Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees of the designations.
Attendance and Leave management:
• Track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves for all the employees and coordinate for approvals and update it in Keka.
Other Administrative Tasks:
• Arrange meetings for performance appraisal, probation review meetings.
• Follow up with employees to ensure resignation letters are received for employees who intend to leave.
• Organize exit interviews with the stakeholders
• Issue experience certificate and ensure the final settlement is done within the standard agreed timeline.
• May have to participate in the audits.
• Coordinate with the Insurance company for Mediclaim
• Help build new processes and checklists
• Other general office administrative tasks as requested
