HR Generalist Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment processes, foster strong employee relations and manage benefits administration. Prioritize bridging the gap between HR and employees, emphasizing a balance of robust leadership and employee satisfaction
• Drive improvements in training and development practices to enhance the workforce's skills and capabilities
• Innovate and implement strategies to foster positive employee relations, creating a work environment where everyone can thrive
• Be proactive in identifying HR-related issues and areas for improvement. Develop and present actionable plans to leadership on executing these improvements
