Responsible for Worker’s compensation OSHA log, employee injuries and follow up to providers, insurance companies, legal proceedings and regulatory analysis reporting to the government
Open enrollment at end of year, including employee meetings and training, evaluation of insurance plans with sister companies and audits
Administers tracks and updates spreadsheets for yearly employee performance reviews
Responsible for monthly safety committee meetings, safety training of employees, spreadsheet tracking
Follow up of training and suggestions for safer working environment and repairs of facility and equipment

Associates work directly with leading retailers and brands like Pepsi, Coca Cola, Red Bull, Anheuser Busch and many other Fortune 500 companies, to create shopping experiences seen every day. HR Generalist is responsible for several duties at Presence from Innovation (PFI), including providing support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
