Full Job Description
ü Recruiting Candidates, Scheduling Interviews and Calendar Marking.
ü Sending Feedback mail to all the candidates who have been appeared for the interview.
ü Sharing the Offer Letter with selected candidates.
ü Documentation Process.
ü Creation of ID Cards, Appointment Letters, NOCs, Employees Codes, Email ID and Salary Account.
ü Allocating Assets to the new joiners with proper agreements sign.
ü Processing F&F, Exit Interviews and clearances/Experience Certificates for all separation cases.
ü Data Management- Maintaining Employees Excel Sheets (ex and current employees)
ü Updating Names and Finger Prints of the new joiners in Attendance Punching Machine and Ex-Employees too.
ü Management of Attendance and Leave Report and compilation processing for Salary inputs every month.
ü Sending Weekly Interview Reports, Weekly Leave Reports and Weekly Hours Report of the employees to the Management.
ü Create and run referral bonus programs.
ü Sending Mailers for Birthdays and Anniversaries.
ü Searching candidates from LinkedIn and Naukri portal.
ü Implement performance review procedures (monthly/quarterly/annually)
ü Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
ü Ensuring HR Connect is happening on monthly basis.
ü Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
ü Conduct Employee Engagement Activity on regular intervals.
ü Monitor HR department’s budget.
ü Mid-year increments and promotion letters – preparation and dispatch.
ü Database updating in HRMS Software.
ü Working closely with HR team in Co-ordinating with the Training Software Institutes
ü Recruiting from LinkedIn and Naukri portal for possible candidates and scheduling the interview of the candidates
ü Ensure all interviews are carried out in a timely manner and follow-up with outstanding candidates
ü Record Keeping of the candidates (new joiners and the new comers for the interview)
ü Responding via Email and calls, doing regular follow-ups, keeping tab on the cleanliness of the facility.
ü Looking after the Salary Account opening and issuing new Id Cards of the new joiners.
ü Was also fun spoc for the organization.
