Our client a multinational Jewellery company with multiple businesses, is looking to hire HR Generalist Role for Jaipur location.
• Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation - striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status

• Driving Performance Management System - Creating Performance Culture
• Rewards & Recognition Program
• Ensuring JD's & KRA's for all the position
• Career Progression & Career Development Plans for all the position
• Succession Planning
• Develop solutions, programs and policies
• Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation
• Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. Actively participates in annual budget planning forecasting process with business partners
• Manpower Planning & Budgeting
• Maintaining Department & Organization wise Org Chart
• Manage Payroll, HRIS and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions for better structures
• Performance Evaluation and training folks on PMS
• Employee Engagement, Communications
• All other duties assigned for the given Business Vertical
• HR Dashboard, HRIS, MIS etc. Monthly Reports, Presentation etc

Requirements
• Experience : 9+years
• To carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Performance Management - PMS, Performance Culture, Business KRA, Talent Management, Rewards & Recognition, Employee relations consultation, Policies, Organizational design, Employee Development, Career Progression
• Effective Communication & Leadership Skills
