What we would need you to do: oAssist with end to end hiring and onboarding of new candidates oConserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. o Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. oRepresents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive. oWelcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. oMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. oCompletes projects by assigning work to respective members; following up on results. oPrepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. oMaintains company accounts, using Tally, generating invoices and payment follow-ups as needed. oContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
