• 1 to 3 Years IT [Information technology] Industry's experience preferred
• 50% Talent Acquisition Role from IT [Networking/Cloud/Security Domain] and 50% HR Generalist role
• Lead Organization internal manpower (Hiring) / Talent acquisition requirements across India.
• Employee communication and engagement activities.
• Coordinate Induction, HRMIS and employee issues.
• Policy implementation.
• In-dept knowledge of HR Processes..
• Flexible and result oriented.
• Performance Appraisal.
• Conducting the Induction for new joiners.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication.
