• Prepare and review compensation and benefits Master information.
• Administer health and life insurance programs.

Requirements
Experience and Skills Required:
• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• Bachelors /master’s in human resources or relevant field
• Candidate must have an attitude to learn, experiment and show adaptability to organization culture.
