Position: HR Generalist
Job Location: MIDC, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
Remuneration: INR 2.40 to 2.64 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:
Hiring and interviewing staff
Administering pay, benefits and leaves.
Enforcing company policies and practices.
Familiar with Job Portals and Social Media Hiring.
Review and analyse resumes and line-up potential candidates for interview.
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as a Generalist and Recruiter or relevant role.
Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
Any Graduate.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
