Human Resources Specialist
The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of employees, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit procedures.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Source, select, and hire top talent to fill job openings.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and open communication channels.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, promoting career growth and employee satisfaction.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a fair and equitable work culture.
• Leave Management: Administer leave requests, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes, including salary administration, benefits management, and tax compliance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and address potential HR-related risks, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles or specialized functions like recruitment, talent management, or employee engagement.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous but not mandatory.
