Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field">
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role">
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
• Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions">
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel">
• Program/project management skills">
• Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and procedures">
