Job Description: HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:Assist in developing job descriptions and job advertisements.
Conduct candidate sourcing and screening.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
Conduct background checks and employment verifications.
Assist in making job offers and preparing employment contracts.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Conduct orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Process documentation and paperwork related to employee exits.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
HR Administration:Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage and update employee information, such as personal details, leaves, and attendance.
Generate HR reports and analyze data.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process.
Assist in implementing performance improvement plans.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Help monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Employee Relations:Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
Support disciplinary actions and investigations as required.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
HR Projects and Initiatives:Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, employee engagement, or diversity and inclusion programs.
Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
