Job Description / Responsibilities
We are seeking an HR Generalist who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and management team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, including but not limited to
Recruitment and Onboarding:
a) Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
b Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
a) Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
b) Mediate and resolve employee disputes or conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Policies and Procedures:
a) Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
b) Keep policies up-to-date with changing regulations.
a) Performance Management:
b) a) Support performance appraisal processes.
c) b) Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.

e) Benefits Administration:
f) a) Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
g) b) Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment.
Training and Development:
a) Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.
b)Foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
HR Records Management:
a) Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, both physical and digital.
b) Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Compliance:
a)Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
b)Assist in preparing reports for government agencies as required.
HR Reporting:
a)Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Skills Requirements
· B.com, Post Graduate , MBA Related field.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
· 2-3 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
· Detail-oriented and well-organized.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Desired profile of the candidate
HR Generalist Profile
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience as HR Generalist/ HR Executive.
Any Graduate/Diploma/MBA in HR
