Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our US Recruitment Team based in India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including internal hiring, HR topics, and US operations.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement programs to build company culture and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive mission-critical initiatives.
• Ensure efficient recruitment/interviewing processes and uniform application of HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional employee experiences from talent acquisition to compensation.
• Refine, maintain, and manage human resource policies, systems, and processes.
• Implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Utilize ATS platforms to enhance employee experiences and ensure data accuracy.
• Verify payroll inputs and work with peers globally to standardize processes.
• Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends.
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience working as an HR executive/generalist/manager or in a similar position is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master's is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Confident and clear communication style and presentation skills with excellent organizational skills.
• Enterprising and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in an overseas work environment is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
