Job Description
As an Entry Level HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and projects that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations.
Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and timekeeping data.
• Benefits Administration: Provide support for employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies. Assist with open enrollment processes and address employee inquiries.
• HR Projects: Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee surveys, policy development, and performance management initiatives.
• General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) is a plus
