About Our Team:
DataMetricks' HR department plays a vital role in supporting the company's growth and talent acquisition efforts.
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and contribute to various HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes by reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
• Prepare and update HR-related documents, such as contracts and policies.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Help manage employee performance and organize training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and learn quickly.
Duration of Assignment: 3 months
Stipend: Up to ₹5,000/month
