The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. This role is crucial to support our ambitious growth plans and ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.• Lead the HR department in providing comprehensive HR services to support organizational growth and employee development.• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.Talent Acquisition and Management• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the attraction of top talent.• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires successfully.• Design and manage talent management and succession planning processes.Employee Relations and Engagement• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.• Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.Performance Management and Development• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.• Identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management.Compensation and Benefits• Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.• Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive.HR Policies and Compliance• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and best practices.• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR.• Manage HR audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting.HR Analytics and Reporting• Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.• Prepare and present HR reports to senior management on key HR metrics and initiatives.• Continuously improve HR processes through the use of technology and data.Qualifications and Experience• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
