Objectives of the role RequiredThe position leads HR for Commercial Functions, and key responsibilities are
§ Deployment of Danone Culture and Leadership Framework
§ Designing & Implementing OD initiatives
§ Building High-performance workplace
§ Talent management programs (from the blueprint to action)
§ Integrating succession planning and career planning
§ Organization engagement interventions
§ Competency Management and capability building
§ Coaching & Developing Business leaders to drive HR programs and maintain the positive employee relations
§ Deliver support to the business in proximity - find the HR solutions to translate into business impact
About you
Eduaction & Experience
MBA degree in HR from Tier 1 institutes
12 to 15 years of experience in HR
