Job Description
Overall responsible for the performance of HR Team, recruitment.
Doing Induction to all new joinees.
Overall responsible for MCB portal pertaining to HR Team.
Framing HR policies for the organization.
Maintain the leave record of teaching and nonteaching staff.
Taking disciplinary actions against staff who remain absent, do not work
up to the expectation.
Studying the causes for attrition & suggesting ways to reduce the existing
attrition rates.
Developing Employee Engagement programmes including R&R for the
staff.
Creating KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for staff based on which their
performance will be reviewed.
Developing a PMS (Performance Management System) which encourages
high performance across the board.
Taking training programmes for the staff.
Studying & updating the existing JD of the staff.
Studying & suggesting ways for reducing the overall headcount without
affecting the overall productivity of the organization.

Salary: ₹5+2,872.76 - ₹1,865,258.22 per year
