 Overall responsible for the performance of HR Team, recruitment.

 Doing Induction to all new joinees.

 Overall responsible for MCB portal pertaining to HR Team.

 Framing HR policies for the organization.

 Maintain the leave record of teaching and nonteaching staff.

 Taking disciplinary actions against staff who remain absent, do not work

up to the expectation.

 Studying the causes for attrition & suggesting ways to reduce the existing

attrition rates.

 Developing Employee Engagement programmes including R&R for the

staff.

 Creating KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for staff based on which their

performance will be reviewed.

 Developing a PMS (Performance Management System) which encourages

high performance across the board.

 Taking training programmes for the staff.

 Studying & updating the existing JD of the staff.

 Studying & suggesting ways for reducing the overall headcount without

affecting the overall productivity of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹5+2,872.76 - ₹1,865,258.22 per year
