Job Description
Head of HR Operations responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of Human Resource management Software.
Position HR Head / HR Manager / Sr. Manager
Location Mumbai and Gurgaon
Experience 6 to 15 yrs
HR Related activities
a.Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions
b.Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
c.Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
d.Design company policies and procedures
e.Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
f.Prepare budgets by department
g.Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
h.Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
i.Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
j.Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
k.Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
Requirements
a.Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
b.Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
c.Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
d.Leadership abilities
