Job Responsibilities
1. Having 10-12 Years’ of experience in managing HR function out of which handling HR Function as HOD for 4-5 Years independently.
2. Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
3. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
4. Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
5. Good knowledge of labor legislation
6. Leadership abilities
7. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
8. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues
9. Manage the recruitment and selection process
10. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and Talent retention.
11. Develop and monitor overall HR matrix Performance
12. Nurture a positive working environment
13. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
14. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
15. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
16. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
17. Ensure legal & Statutory compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements: Preferred Nice to have
Education MBA HR/ MSW Computer Literacy
Experience
Having 10-12 years’ Experience in HR & Admin Function out of which 4-5 years independent capacity Should know all the formulas of excel.
Well versed with MS Word & PPT & HR Matrix
Knowledge and experience of working on payroll software
