Experience: 10–15 years (Construction Industry Required)
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Mandatory experience in the construction industry (infrastructure, civil, or related fields).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and complex HR challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities Manpower Planning
Understand workforce requirements of different departments and plan manpower accordingly. Strategic HR Partnering
Collaborate with Business / Functional Heads to understand business goals and HR strategies for the financial year.
Work closely with business leaders to identify challenges and provide suitable HR solutions in coordination with the CoE (Center of Excellence) team. Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process as per company hiring procedures.
Identify critical roles and support leaders in building a succession pipeline for key positions. Onboarding
Conduct and ensure proper induction and onboarding programs for new employees. Training & Development
Coordinate with managers to identify employee training needs and organize development programs. Performance Management (PMS)
Maintain documentation of employee goals and KPIs
. • Facilitate appraisal processes and performance discussions.
Provide data for promotions and salary increments. Employee Engagement
Implement recognition programs to keep employees motivated and engaged.
Conduct engagement activities to improve the overall employee experience. Employee Relations
Address employee queries and escalate critical issues to senior management when required. HR MIS
Collect HR data and prepare accurate MIS reports as required. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate with the statutory team to resolve compliance-related matters. Separation Management
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition reasons to improve retention. Payroll & Attendance
Monitor employee attendance and regularization.
Ensure payroll processing and timely salary payout. Branch / Store Support
Coordinate with branch or store heads for staff deployment and special duties when required. HR Systems
Should have knowledge of HR software and labour law compliance systems.
